He defended his dissertation in the one-time specialized scientific council DF64.820.003 of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport in the specialty 126 “Information Systems and Technologies”. Dissertation topic: “Models and methods of automated train control based on adaptive speed correction”. Scientific adviser – doctor of technical sciences, prof. A.O. Kargin.

Member of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery – International Association of Computer Engineering).
