Accepted materials will be published in the electronic collection of abstracts on the conference website and the university website. Electronic certificates for participants will be available for download from the website. If desired, conference participants can submit an article in the original language for publication in the collection of scientific works of UkrSURT which is included in the list of professional publications of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in category “B” and indexed in databases such as Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, etc. The rules for formatting abstracts and articles are provided on the conference website and the UkrSURT scientific works collection website.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Participation in the conference, publication of electronic abstracts, articles in the Collection of Scientific Works of UkrSURT and issuance of electronic participant certificates are free of charge.

Representatives of the department, together with colleagues from the Department of “Management of Cargo and Commercial Work” of UkrDUZT and the Department of “Machine Parts and Hydropneumatic Systems” of NTU “KhPI” took part in the conference with the report “Modelling the Repair Equipment Reliability for Locomotive Depots” (authors Oleksandr Krasheninin, Oleksandr Oboznyi, Olga Shapatina, Oleksandr Anatskyi, Serhiy Bobrytskyi, Andriy Zalata).

Representatives of the department took part in the conference with two reports:

“The effect of the human personality of a locomotive driver on the professional integrity level” (authors Volodymyr Puzyr, Yurii Datsun, Vitalii Brusyentsov, Oleg Brusyentsov);

“Decision-making to assess the technical condition of locomotive equipment in conditions of uncertainty” (authors Oleksandr Krasheninin, Oleksandr Obozny, Olga Shapatina, Iryna Kramchanin, Olena Lagereva).

The exhibition will last September 20-23. The main location is the Berlin International Congress Center.

Representatives of the Department of Operation and Repair of Rolling Stock are visiting the exhibition and will share interesting news on the department’s official Facebook page.

Our university traditionally maintains a wide range of creative and business relations with the railway men of Odessa region. This time, too, the meeting with the management of the regional branch was interesting and useful.

In particular, a number of tasks for the current year in the locomotive industry were covered, in the solution of which the help of scientists can be useful. Problems of staffing, organization of dual education were discussed during a meeting with the Deputy Director of the Regional Branch for Personnel and Social Policy.

During the visit to the Odessa College of Transport Technologies and Service it managed to acquaint students with the educational programs of the university, prospects and opportunities to continue their studies in selected specialties.

Poltava Turbomechanical Plant is a developer and manufacturer of pneumatic compressors for locomotive brake systems. Creative ties with this company were established in the last century. It was also interesting to get acquainted with its current achievements.

During the meeting, the issues of employment of university graduates, the possibility of internships, which areas of improvement of educational programs are relevant for production were discussed. Our colleagues were also interested in the possibility of obtaining dual education.

An agreement on concluding a cooperation agreement and further developing creative contacts was reached.
