										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On May 12, 14 years ago, radio &#8216;VTSU&#8217; appeared on the basis of the Department of Computer Engineering and Control Systems. The radio station was created due to the creative enthusiasm of the current program <em>director and music editor of the radio station<strong> Kostyantyn Isayenko</strong></em> and with the support of the leadership of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. It was a student radio station to which students and teachers not only of the University but also of other higher educational institutions in Kharkiv joined.</p>
<p>Today, it is a network of NOVALINE.FM radio stations broadcasting in the Kharkiv, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia regions, with the possibility of listening through mobile applications and on the website.<br />
<em>On May 12, 2024, on the air of the information and analytical program &#8216;Conversation-PRO&#8217;: The history of the creation of radio &#8216;NOVALINE FM&#8217;, <strong>Maksym Onoprienko</strong>, a member of the National Council of Ukraine for Television and Radio Broadcasting, congratulated NOVALINE.FM and former participants of the student radio project &#8216;VTSU&#8217; and today&#8217;s hosts of the network radio station &#8216;NOVALINE.FM&#8217;.</em></p>
<p>During the live broadcast, they talked:<br />
&#8211; on how they managed to achieve such results;<br />
&#8211; on the importance of local radio broadcasting during a full-scale war;<br />
&#8211; on the level of trust in regional broadcasting and its post-war development;<br />
&#8211; and shared their accumulated work experience&#8230;</p>

<p><strong>SUBMISSION OF THE CONFERENCE PAPER</strong><br />
For publication, participants should submit their papers to the Conference Secretariat<strong> before November 20, 2023</strong>. The papers should not exceed two pages in formats <strong>Surname.doc</strong> and <strong>Surname.pdf</strong> in one of the languages of the conference (Ukrainian, English).<br />
Text materials should be written using Microsoft Office Word for Windows, 14 pt font size, Times New Roman font, single line spacing, 7-mm indention, and built-in editor for formulas. Top, bottom, left and right margins should be 20 mm each.</p>

However, this webinar goes further to respond to the expressed need of regulatory authorities and the business community in Ukraine to deepen the European integration process, joining the parallel promotion of the EU Single Window and Electronic Freight Information (eFTI) Regulations and the UN/CEFACT Single Window Recommendation. semantic standards and the multimodal transport reference data model (MMT RDM).<br />
The aim of the workshop is to familiarize relevant stakeholders in Ukraine with the essence of the eFTI initiative and how UN/CEFACT global standards and reference data models can contribute to achieving its goals.<br />
Professor, head of the Department of Transport Systems and Logistics prof. <a href="https://kart.edu.ua/en/staff/lomotko-denis-viktorovich">D.V. Lomotko</a> took part in the seminar. It was noted that in the process of preparing the webinar, stakeholders in Ukraine and other Eastern Partnership countries expressed interest in involving relevant politicians and experts from other Eastern Partnership countries in this initial training.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On November 28, 2022, the final project meeting was held in online format within the framework of the implementation of the international project &#8220;Intercultural communication project &#8220;Japan-Ukraine&#8221; between the Otaru University of Commerce (OUC, Otaru, Japan) and the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport (UkrSURT, Kharkiv, Ukraine) that took place from September 15, 2022 to November 28, 2022.</p>
<p><strong>Project Leaders: </strong>Daniela Caluianu, PhD (OUC) and Viktor Bereznyi, senior lecturer (UkrSURT), Project Manager &#8211; Anastasiia Tokarenko, PhD student (UkrSURT)</p>
<p>Vladyslav Panchenko, Vice-Rector for Research and Education (UkrSURT), gave a welcome speech on behalf of the Ukrainian party. The aim of the project is to introduce and learn more about the traditions, culture and modern life of the friendly countries and universities. A separate aim is to inform and involve the world community in countering the Russian aggression.<br />
The project participants prepared and delivered relevant presentations followed by an interesting discussion and exchange of ideas. The students had an opportunity to communicate with their peers from the distant country in the ZOOM breakout rooms.</p>
<p>Such events are aimed at expanding cultural ties between the two countries, strengthening academic cooperation and improving the image of the universities at the international level.</p>

<p>Firstly, the preservation of the life and health of our students and staff has always been, is and will be a priority of the University management.</p>
<p>Secondly, transport and communications in the country function smoothly, the banking system is stable and predictable, the demarcation line and the state border are under close control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine</p>
<p>The educational process at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport is carried out in the usual way using the latest distance learning technologies, and the University dormitories are equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities or comfortable living, including have heating, cold and and hot running water, electricity and the Internet.</p>
<p>Finally, Kharkiv has always been a center of education and science, culture and tolerance, patriotism and common sense. We live in a city of great ideas and opportunities and I am confident that despite the situation, Kharkiv will remain to be a safe and student-friendly city, ideal for high-quality education!</p>
