Accepted materials will be published in the conference collection of abstracts of the conference, which will be posted on the conference website.
If desired, the participants of the conference can submit an article in the original language for publication in the collection of scientific works of UkrSURT and the Journal “Information and control systems on railway transport” (included in the list of specialized publications of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine and scient metric databases Index Copernicus, Google Scholar and others). SUBMISSION OF THE CONFERENCE PAPER
For publication, participants should submit their papers to the Conference Secretariat before November 20, 2023. The papers should not exceed two pages in formats Surname.doc and Surname.pdf in one of the languages of the conference (Ukrainian, English).
Text materials should be written using Microsoft Office Word for Windows, 14 pt font size, Times New Roman font, single line spacing, 7-mm indention, and built-in editor for formulas. Top, bottom, left and right margins should be 20 mm each.

The authors are responsible for the content of the thesis.

Structure:

1. UDC is printed in capital letters, bold
2. The title of the paper (with bold capital letters).
3. The authors (scientific ranks, initials, surname with bold italic).
4. The name of the organization (city) they represent (with italic).

This webinar continues the tradition of UNECE workshops on Trade Facilitation, Single Window and Data Sharing in Digital Trade Corridors. However, this webinar goes further to respond to the expressed need of regulatory authorities and the business community in Ukraine to deepen the European integration process, joining the parallel promotion of the EU Single Window and Electronic Freight Information (eFTI) Regulations and the UN/CEFACT Single Window Recommendation. semantic standards and the multimodal transport reference data model (MMT RDM).
The aim of the workshop is to familiarize relevant stakeholders in Ukraine with the essence of the eFTI initiative and how UN/CEFACT global standards and reference data models can contribute to achieving its goals.
Professor, head of the Department of Transport Systems and Logistics prof. D.V. Lomotko took part in the seminar. It was noted that in the process of preparing the webinar, stakeholders in Ukraine and other Eastern Partnership countries expressed interest in involving relevant politicians and experts from other Eastern Partnership countries in this initial training.

Vladyslav Panchenko, Vice-Rector for Research and Education (UkrSURT), gave a welcome speech on behalf of the Ukrainian party. The aim of the project is to introduce and learn more about the traditions, culture and modern life of the friendly countries and universities. A separate aim is to inform and involve the world community in countering the Russian aggression.
The project participants prepared and delivered relevant presentations followed by an interesting discussion and exchange of ideas. The students had an opportunity to communicate with their peers from the distant country in the ZOOM breakout rooms.

Such events are aimed at expanding cultural ties between the two countries, strengthening academic cooperation and improving the image of the universities at the international level.

We hope for further fruitful cooperation between the academic and student staff of our universities

Firstly, the preservation of the life and health of our students and staff has always been, is and will be a priority of the University management.

Secondly, transport and communications in the country function smoothly, the banking system is stable and predictable, the demarcation line and the state border are under close control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The educational process at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport is carried out in the usual way using the latest distance learning technologies, and the University dormitories are equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities or comfortable living, including have heating, cold and and hot running water, electricity and the Internet.

Finally, Kharkiv has always been a center of education and science, culture and tolerance, patriotism and common sense.
