MB2Y-creative project is an initiative and creative project of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Public Administration and HR Technologies.

Participants: individual participants or teams (3-4 people) from grades 9-11 of secondary, vocational, and out-of-school education institutions, students of cultural institutions, members of creative associations of Ukraine, and students of higher education institutions. The educational institution also appoints a teacher-consultant (only one).
