In 1977 he graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Transport Engineers (HIIT) with a degree in “Railway Construction, Tracks and Track Management”.

Candidate of Technical Sciences since 1988. He defended his dissertation in the specialized scientific council D.05.23.13 in the specialty “Railway Construction”.

Scientific activity direction:

organization of works on re-equipment of stations at construction of the second track; project management of construction and reconstruction of high-speed highways.

Author:

40 scientific works and educational and methodical developments. Has 8 patents. Co-author of 3 textbooks, including two with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
