Heads of structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and Ukrzaliznytsia, as well as leading scientists of higher education institutions of Kharkiv and Ukraine, are involved in the teaching and scientific work of the department, in particular working in state examination commissions and supervising theses and publications in scientific journals.

The department cooperates with the enterprises of the city: Fiesta-travel travel agency, the First transport company PRIME, commercial bank Alfa-Bank Ukraine.

The department cooperates with schools of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast in the framework of the Round Table “Manager: Present and future” (department-based); organization of a creative projects’ competition for schoolchildren (“Young Project-manager”).
