Direction of scientific activity: modern HR management technologies and the digitalization of human resource management; management of occupational stress, emotional burnout, and employee work behavior; economic principles of the functioning and development of railway transport.

Author of over 200 scholarly works, including approximately 80 research papers, 11 methodological guides, one study guide, and one study guide officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

PhD in Economics since 2007. She defended her dissertation in the specialized academic council K 64.820.05 at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, specialty 08.07.04 – Economics of Transportation and Communication. Dissertation topic is “The ways to improve the efficiency of railway transport in a market economy”.

The academic rank of Associate Professor of the Department of Railway Transport Economics was awarded in 2011 (certificate 12 DTs No. 026714).

Direction of scientific activity: optimization of tariff regulation and the economic efficiency of railway transport, implementation of innovative information systems and digital technologies in industry processes, as well as improvement of personnel management and labor standardization models.
