Candidate of Economic Sciences since 2002. She defended her dissertation in the specialized academic council D.64.820.05 at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, specialty 08.00.05-economics of transport and communications, dissertation topic “Improving the economic efficiency of rail passenger transport in modern conditions”, diploma number DK 016785.

In 2004, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Management of Foreign Economic Activity and Law, diploma number DC №009276.

Scientific activity direction:

Formation of adaptive enterprise management structures; methodological aspects of improving the efficiency of railway passenger transportation; creation of flexible personnel management systems; impact of international corporations’ activities on the development of international economic relations; development of a mechanism for applying modern communication technologies in management and education; the communication component within Ukraine’s national security system.

Initiator and head of the “Student School of Management (SMS)” project.

Initiator and head of the “Management and Business to Youth” project (All-Ukrainian competition for research and creative projects: “MB2Y – creative project”).

Participant in the TEMPUS international project (supervising student thesis research under the TEMPUS program).

Participant in the Erasmus+ international project (Jean Monnet Module) “EuSANU: Covering the New European Security Architecture in Teaching and Research” (Project No. 101126795 — EuSANU — ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH).

Author of more than 170 scientific works and educational and methodological developments. 37 methodological publications: 3 monographs; 5 study guides approved by the Ministry of Education and Science; 5 sets of lecture notes; and 24 other methodological publications. Over 50 articles in specialized scholarly journals. Participated in more than 85 domestic and international scientific and applied-science conferences.

Certificate of Honor from the Head of the Southern Railway for conscientious and fruitful work, high professionalism, and a significant personal contribution to the development of the Southern Railway and the training of specialists for the railway industry.

Letter of appreciation from the Prydniprovska Railway for a significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists for Ukraine’s railway transport sector, and to the development and implementation of scientific, technical, and advanced technological achievements.
