In 1998, she graduated from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv State Pedagogical University, obtaining a full higher education degree in English and qualifying as a philologist, English teacher, and translator.

In 2002, she graduated from the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, majoring in Accounting and Auditing and qualifying as an economist.

In 2007, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences before the Specialized Academic Council D 64.051.05 at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, specializing in 08.02.03 – “Organization of Management, Planning, and Regulation of the Economy.” The dissertation topic was “Improving State Regulation of Ukraine’s Transport Sector.” Candidate of Sciences Diploma: DK No. 039849.

On February 19, 2009, the academic rank of Associate Professor of the Department of Transport Management was conferred (certificate 12 DTs No. 022303).

In 2017, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences at the specialized academic council of the Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan, in the specialty 08.00.04 – “Economics and Management of Enterprises (by Economic Activity).” Dissertation title: “Theoretical and Methodological Aspects of Ensuring the Competitiveness of Industrial Enterprises in the Railway Transport Sector.” Doctor of Sciences Diploma No. DD 006247, dated February 28, 2017.

On April 20, 2021, the academic rank of Professor of the Department of Management and Administration at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport was conferred. Professor’s Certificate No. AP 003046, dated June 29, 2021.

Scientific activity direction:

The main areas of research activity include issues of enterprise development in a market environment, state regulation of Ukraine’s transport sector, public administration, the development of infrastructure industries, and ensuring enterprise competitiveness.

Actively conducts research with higher education students in the areas of improving public administration mechanisms, modernizing infrastructure sectors (particularly railway transport), adapting European principles of good governance, developing digital workforce mobility, and implementing innovative approaches to managing organizational culture. Research results are presented at international and national scientific and applied scientific conferences.

Serves as the guarantor of the second-level (Master’s) educational program “Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management” within the field of study 073 “Management.” Delivers the courses “International Business Management” and “Communications, HR Management, and Management Psychology” in English.

In 2024, she joined the working group of the international dual-degree project “Twinning Dual Degree Programme UWS–UkrSURT.”

She is a member of the editorial board of the specialized scientific journal *Bulletin of Transport and Industry Economics*, a member of the Specialized Academic Council D 64.820.05 at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, and a full member of the scientific public organization “Sociological Association of Ukraine.”

Engages in academic and pedagogical activities, serves as a research supervisor for PhD and doctoral candidates, ensures the training of highly qualified researchers, and oversees the conduct of dissertation research.

Author of over 150 scientific and educational-methodological works, including: 5 monographs; 4 study guides; 5 sets of lecture notes; 25 sets of methodological materials; 12 other educational-methodological publications; over 40 articles in specialized scientific journals of Ukraine; 4 scientific articles in journals indexed in the Scopus international scientometric database.

Participated in 52 domestic and international scientific and applied scientific conferences.

Awards and diplomas:

Awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Kharkiv Regional Council for fruitful work and a significant contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists in the fields of “Management” and “Public Management and Administration.”

In 2025, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for her initiative, high level of professionalism, conscientious performance of duties, and significant personal contribution to the development of the education and science sector in Ukraine.
