The aim of the educational programme

The aim of the programme is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of logistics and supply chain management who possess modern analytical thinking, theoretical knowledge and applied skills in strategic decision-making, the use of modern technologies in the field of sustainable logistics,  implementing innovative approaches to improve the efficiency of supply chain management, and capable of solving research and management tasks related to the functioning of logistics systems at various levels in complex, unstable and uncertain external conditions.

Target audience of the educational programme

Ability to identify and solve complex problems in logistics activities, solve complex tasks related to sustainable logistics and supply chain management;

Ability to prevent inefficient use of the resource potential of the logistics system and find reserves for improving the efficiency of business processes in conditions of risk and compliance with supply chain security standards;

Ability to apply methods of supply chain design and optimisation when managing a project for the development and implementation of a logistics system;

Ability to understand the principles of building international logistics systems, develop skills in identifying and analysing the complexity and uncertainty of the global supply chain in a strategic context, etc.
