Goals of the Educational Programme
The purpose of the program is to train specialists with general and professional competencies in the field of Personnel Management and Labour Economics (with various objects of professional activity). Students gain in-depth knowledge of the methodological principles of personnel management,, using of social and psychological technologies of management, self-development of own professional qualities, formation of an effective management team that uses professional potential in a highly professional way to achieve the goals of the organization.
The student acquires professional skills and abilities that are always in demand in the labor market,as HR Managers are present in every enterprise, work in the private sector, corporations and public administration.

Department of «Economics, Public Administration», graduating specialists in the training program “Personnel Management and Labor Economics”, offers: organization of the educational process in classrooms equipped with modern multimedia equipment, with conducting audio and video courses within the professional disciplines of the specialty and the possibility of distance learning; participation during studies in student scientific conferences, competitions and Olympiads of professional orientation.. Obtaining a bachelor diploma gives the opportunity to enter a masters degree. Modern socio – economic changes affect the requirements for effective management decisions and lead to renewed approaches to the training of personnel management, as highly cultured individuals with an independent conscious civic position and desire to work for the benefit of the state and citizens of Ukraine.
