Today, our railroad workers are celebrating their professional holiday

On the occasion of Railway Workers’ Day, Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, visited the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. The official congratulated the staff of our institution of higher education and presented honorary awards to the best faculty members. The Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies took particular pride in the award presented to our colleague Olena Shcheblykina.
During the official visit, the guests and university leadership discussed the specifics of organizing the educational process under martial law. Those present explored ways to apply modern teaching approaches and further cooperation with relevant institutions. The regional governor also toured the university’s educational and research facilities and inspected the material and technical resources of our institution.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration emphasized the critical importance of stable rail service for our country’s logistics and economy.
