Innovative technologies for designing roads

Interest in the latest geographic information technologies, modern software packages is growing significantly due to the effective solutions obtained on their basis in the field of design of roads.

Modern geographic information systems of geodetic and land management surveys expand the methods of innovative research, providing digital tools for the organization and operation of spatial data, visualization of design solutions.

Urgent issues of innovative technologies in road construction were considered at the scientific-practical conference “New achievements in the construction of man-made structures; roads”, which took place on February 25, 2020 on the basis of Kharkiv Automobile and Road College.

Specialists of the Department of Research and Design of Ways of Communication, Geodesy and Land Management held a master class on the use of modern geodetic equipment during the conference.
