Land reform, which was announced by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on December 18, 1990, became one of the most difficult social changes in Ukraine after independence.
The implementation of land reform in Ukraine has become possible due to the implementation of a significant amount of land management work:
– conducting land inventory;
– formation of reserve fund lands;
– development of land privatization and privatization projects;
– unbundling of lands with the issuance of certificates.
These and other pressing issues were considered at the II All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference “Prospects for institutional development of land relations in Ukraine”, which took place on the basis of Poltava National Technical University. Yuri Kondratyuk on May 21-22, 2019.
Specialists of the department took part in the conference and discussed the following issues:
– regulatory framework for coordination and implementation of land management documentation of land resources management;
– geodetic coordinate system in the cadastral activity of specialists of Ukraine;
– the importance of information systems and technologies for maintaining the State Real Estate Cadastre;
– application of the reference network for geodetic monitoring of railway track parameters;
– prospects of GIS technologies in the survey of Ukrainian railways;
Employees of the Department of HSV were provided with certificates of participants.
