On May 12, 14 years ago, radio ‘VTSU’ appeared on the basis of the Department of Computer Engineering and Control Systems. The radio station was created due to the creative enthusiasm of the current program director and music editor of the radio station Kostyantyn Isayenko and with the support of the leadership of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. It was a student radio station to which students and teachers not only of the University but also of other higher educational institutions in Kharkiv joined.
Today, it is a network of NOVALINE.FM radio stations broadcasting in the Kharkiv, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia regions, with the possibility of listening through mobile applications and on the website.
On May 12, 2024, on the air of the information and analytical program ‘Conversation-PRO’: The history of the creation of radio ‘NOVALINE FM’, Maksym Onoprienko, a member of the National Council of Ukraine for Television and Radio Broadcasting, congratulated NOVALINE.FM and former participants of the student radio project ‘VTSU’ and today’s hosts of the network radio station ‘NOVALINE.FM’.
