In 1999, he graduated from the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, majoring in “Automatics, telemechanics and communication in railway transport”.

Candidate of technical sciences since 2010. He defended his dissertation in the specialized academic council D 64.820.04 on the specialty 05.22.20 – operation and repair of means of transport. Dissertation topic: “Improvement of maintenance of electrical signaling and centralization devices by comprehensive control of technical condition.” Scientific consultant – Ph.D., Assoc. V.P. Moroz, diploma number DK №066698.

Scientific activity direction:

Maintenance of railway automation; designing systems for automation of technological processes (CAD, CAM, CAE; Certificate successfully participated on the training of EPLAN Electrical P8. № ESS UA/UA-30/2016.11.18-54).

Expert on accreditation of educational programs of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education.
