Education:

in 1978 he graduated with honors (awarded a gold medal) Kharkiv Higher Military Command School. Marshal of the Soviet Union Krylov MI He received a higher military special education – an engineer.

From 1978 to 1994 he served in the armed forces of the USSR and Ukraine.

In 1987 he defended his dissertation. He was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

In 1995 he graduated from the Interdisciplinary Institute for Advanced Training at Kharkiv State Economic University. He underwent retraining in the specialty “management of foreign economic activity”. Awarded qualification – manager.

In 2000 he graduated from Kharkiv State University of Economics with a degree in finance. Awarded the qualification – “economist”.

In 2006 he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Electricity Supply of Agriculture.

In 2017 he defended his dissertation on specialty 05.13.06. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.

Scientific activity direction:

Natural intelligent systems, intelligent information technologies, problems of classical cybernetics.

Author of 128 publications. Including: 10 monographs (co-authored), 42 publications in professional publications, 17 copyright certificates and patents for inventions and 14 educational and methodological developments.
