Sergiy Dotsenko

Education:

In 1978, he graduated with distinction and was awarded a gold medal from the Kharkiv Higher Military Command School named after Marshal of the Soviet Union M. I. Krylov. He received higher military professional education and qualified as an engineer.

From 1978 to 1994, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR and Ukraine.

He has held the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences since 1987.

In 1995, he graduated from the Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Training at Kharkiv State University of Economics, where he completed a retraining program in Management of Foreign Economic Activity and qualified as a manager.

In 2000, he graduated from Kharkiv State University of Economics with a degree in Finance and qualified as an economist.

He was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Agricultural Power Supply in 2006.

He has held the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences since 2017. He defended his doctoral dissertation before the Specialized Academic Council D 64.089.04 at O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv in specialty 05.13.06 – Information Technologies. His dissertation was entitled Theoretical Foundations for the Development of Intelligent Computer-Based Decision Support Systems for Organizational Energy Management. His academic adviser was Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor V. A. Krasnobaiev.

Scientific activity direction:

Natural intelligent systems, intelligent information technologies, and fundamental issues in classical cybernetics.

Author:

Author of 128 publications, including 10 co-authored monographs, 42 articles in specialized peer-reviewed journals, 17 inventor’s certificates and patents for inventions, and 14 teaching and methodological publications.
