In 2001 he graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of railway Transport majoring in “Rolling Stock of Railways and Special Equipment of Railway Transport (Locomotives)”.

PhD since 2005. He defended his PhD thesis at the Specialized Scientific Board D 64.820.04 in specialty 05.22.07 – rolling stock and train traction. The subject of his thesis: “Improving the technology of heating locomotives and diesel trains based on fuzzy logic methods”. His research advisor was D.Sc. (Tech), Professor E. Tartakovskii.

Doctor of Engineering Science since 2021. He defended his doctoral thesis at the specialized scientific board D 64.820.04 in specialty 05.22.07 – rolling stock and train traction. The subject of the thesis was “Development of scientific formation fundamentals of the intellectualized locomotive repair system”. His research advisor was D.Sc. (Tech), Professor V. Puzyr.

Scientific activity direction:

Scope of scientific interests: improving strategies for maintenance and repair of traction rolling stock. Development of methods for evaluating locomotive repair industries. Development of automated test equipment for locomotive repair industries.
