The Department of Management and Administration has come a long way in its development, with its current structure formed in 2014. Today the department trains highly qualified professionals and offers the following bachelor’s and master’s degree programs compliant with new standards:

• International Business Management
• Logistics
• Public Administration and Management

Our qualified teaching staff, equipped classrooms and labs, effective teaching methods, students’ active participation in international scientific conferences and competitions, and internships at successful large enterprises help the graduates of our department become qualified professionals and organizational leaders capable of working in competitive markets.

Within the framework of the European international program “Tempus,” the department trains masters of economics and engineering under the module “Personnel Management” as part of the high-speed railway communication project in Ukraine (Mie GVF). The department cooperates closely with the structures of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) in research activities and higher education institutions internationally.

Graduates of our department have the opportunity to utilize their management skills and abilities in administrative positions at Ukrainian and foreign companies, international organizations, transport enterprises, territorial and municipal transport departments, logistics centers, business structures, and enterprises in various industries.
