Student Club “HR Management”

The purpose of the activity of the scientific club is to identify interested and talented students inclined to scientific work, to develop skills for analytical and scientific work, for further application in scientific research activities.

The main tasks are:

• assistance in students mastering the skills of conducting independent analytical and scientific research;
• development of scientific and analytical thinking, broadening of horizons and erudition of students;
• deepening knowledge of personnel management, stimulating interest in self-improvement;
• involving students to participate in scientific activities on the department’s issues;
• attracting students to participate in scientific conferences, competitions for the best project (best scientific work), scientific seminars of the department and the university, round tables, specialized exhibitions and forums.

Areas of scientific research work of students:

• labor economy and social and labor relations;
• ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises by improving the efficiency of personnel management;
• problems and directions in the formation of the labor potential of transport enterprises;
• physiology and psychology of work;
• management psychology and HR management;
• problems and prospects of human development in Ukraine and the world.
