The department of MTSM includes educational premises with a total area of ​​940 m ² . These are specialized offices for cars, tractors and machine repairs, automation of machines, track machines, operation, reliability, diagnostics of machines and consumables, construction machines, general auditoriums and a laboratory pavilion with field samples and models of construction and track equipment (tractors, excavators). , crane-beam, electric forklift, etc.). In addition, in the laboratory pavilion there are simulators of the ZIL-130 car, the T-150 tractor, the KB-403A tower crane and the TMK-1 bridge crane.
