Dissertation topic: “Tribophysical bases of providing lubricity of liquid crystalline additives to base oils”. Scientific consultant – D.Sc., Professor Ye. Lysikov.

Scope of scientific interests: increasing the wear resistance of machine parts, improving the quality of fuels and lubricants.

Author of more than 100 scientific works, educational and methodical developments. Obtained 12 patents.

Doctor of Engineering Science since 2009. He defended his doctoral dissertation on “Energy-saving power transmissions of construction and road machines” in the specialized council at the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University, specialty 05.05.04. – “Machines for earthworks, road and forestry works”.

Scope of scientific interests:  improvement of the element base of the hydraulic drive; – computer diagnostics of the state of hydraulic systems of machines; – energy recovery in hydraulic systems of machines; – grinding of materials while providing conditions for the hydrodynamic mode of friction in the channels of the mill.

Author of more than 230 scientific works, educational and methodological developments. Obtained 20 patents and copyright certificates.

PhD in Engineering Science since 2004. He defended his PhD thesis at the specialized scientific board D  64.820.04 in specialty 05.22.07 – train stock and hauling operation. The subject of the thesis was: «Improvement of the working capacity of the fuel gear of the engines of diesel locomotives by hydrodynamic fuel dispersion». Research advisor – D.Sc. (Tech) Ye.Ventsel.

The direction of scientific activity: Resource-saving technologies on transport. Modern, highly efficient operating materials for rolling stock of railway transport, construction, and track equipment. Improving the properties of fuels and lubricants.

80 scientific publications and teaching materials. Obtained 6 invention patents and 3 utility model patents.

PhD since 2002. He defended his dissertation in the specialized scientific council D 64.050.10 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, specialty 05.02.02 – “Mechanical Engineering”. The topic of the dissertation: “Diagnosing the wear and durability of machine parts on the electrical conductivity of lubricating oil.”

Scope of scientific interests: increasing the life of technical systems by diagnosing the performance properties of lubricants, as well as mechanization of loading and unloading operations.

Author of 44 scientific works, educational and methodical developments.

PhD since 2012. He defended his dissertation in the specialized scientific council of the Academy of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the specialty “Service and combat activities of law enforcement forces (technical sciences). Scientific adviser – D.Sc., Professor Ye. Lysikov.

Scope of scientific interests: increasing the wear resistance of machine parts, improving the quality of fuels and lubricants, introduction of nanotechnologies in mechanical engineering.

PhD since 2014. He defended his dissertation in the specialized scientific council D 64.820.04 in the specialty 05.22.20 – Operation and repair of vehicles. The topic of the dissertation: “Increasing the durability of hydraulic units of railway vehicles by intensifying the formation of the lubricating layer.” Scientific adviser – D.Sc., Professor S. Voronin.

Scope of scientific interests: increase of durability of hydraulic units of vehicles, development of microprocessor electronic systems of diagnostics and control, improvement of tribological properties of lubricants.

Author of more than 40 scientific works, educational and methodical developments. Obtained 5 patents.

PhD since 1999. He defended his dissertation in the specialized scientific council D 64.050.10 with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering (05.02.02). Dissertation topic is “Increasing the Wear Resistance of Plain Bearings by Stabilizing the Anti-Wear Performance of Lubricants” under supervision of Prof. Yevhen Ventsel.

Scope of scientific interests: Increasing the wear resistance of friction units of construction, railway, loading and unloading machines.

Author of more than 155 scientific works, educational and methodical researches.

PhD since 2004. He defended his dissertation in a specialized scientific council К 64.108.02 in the specialty 05.05.05 – lifting and transport machines. Dissertation title: “The Influence of dynamic and static loads of a split elevating drum on its work stability during the passing of a cable rope through a split”. Dissertation supervisor: Dr. Sci. (Engin.), Prof. Artem Nesterov.

Scope of scientific interests:  dynamics of lifting and transport machines, complex mechanization of loading and unloading works.

Author of 100 scientific works, educational and methodical developments. Obtained 2 copyright certificates for the invention.

PhD since 2001. She defended thesis in the specialized scientific council of the council K 11.052.04 at the Donetsk Technical State University in the specialty 05.01.01 – «Applied Geometry, Engineering Graphics». Scientific adviser is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor L. M. Kutsenko. The topic of thesis: «Calculation of the integrated characteristics of ellipsoidal geometrical objects by varieties of its projections».

Scope of scientific interests:  geometric modeling of geometric objects; CAD.

Author of 40 scientific works, educational and methodical developments.

PhD (Technical Sciences) since 1999. He defended his dissertation on specialty 05.22.07 – railway rolling stock and train traction. Thesis: Improvement of technical means of unloading bulk cargo from gondola cars (supervisor – PhD, Associate Professor Myronenko Vitalii Oleksiiovych.
