 T.V. Mashoshyna, M.V. Bormotova Corporate Finance. Lecture Notes (Part One) The lecture notes present the main theoretical provisions of the first content module of the educational component. The theoretical foundations of corporate finance, the principles of organizing monetary settlements, and the structure of sources of cash inflows are examined. The publication highlights the mechanism of enterprise profit formation, while a significant portion of the material is devoted to the fundamentals of business taxation, including the specific features of calculating Value Added Tax (VAT), excise tax, and corporate income tax. | |
D. I. Boiko Financial Analysis of Banking Activities: Lecture Notes The lecture notes present the theoretical foundations of banking activity analysis, which serve as the methodological basis for further study and research. Considerable attention is devoted to the analysis of banks’ liability operations, particularly the formation and management of the resource base. The publication also examines approaches to the general analysis of asset operations, which characterize the allocation of banking resources. A separate section is dedicated to the analysis of lending operations as a key component of banks’ active business activities. Methodological approaches to the assessment of bank revenues and expenses are discussed, along with the analysis of profitability and efficiency indicators used to evaluate the effectiveness of banking operations.
