MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Training and Geodetic Laboratory was created at the Department of Surveys and Design of Communication Routes, Geodesy and Land Regulation at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, its grand opening took place on 19.12.2019.
The total area of the Department premises is 172.4 m2. These premises include: classrooms – 90.8 m2; Educational and Geodetic Laboratory − 46.9 m2 with the number of computer places – 8.
The Laboratory is equipped with modern Leica geodetic equipment (electronic tacheometer LEICA TCR405 POWER, digital elevation meter Leica Sprinter 100M) and software complexes CREDO and Leica Geo Office (8 workplaces).
Leica Geo Office software package from Leica provides everything that is necessary to manage, visualize, process, import and export geodetic measurement data compatible with GPS/GLONASS receivers, electronic tacheometers, elevation meters and scanners.
CREDO software package from CREDO-DIALOGUE allows for completely supporting everything at all stages: survey; design; construction and operation of objects. CREDO software products have all the necessary resources. The capabilities of CREDO systems implement the main concept of information modeling (BIM) – creation of not a set of drawings and information of the future construction object, but its full and technological and informational, digital model, which acts as a common resource of knowledge and access to the information about the object, ensuring the adoption of optimal decisions at any stage of the life cycle.
Usage of CREDO complex allows to get a single technological cycle for solving various engineering issues in the field of geodesy, geology, transport construction, surveying support for work, land regulation, and complement of key plans.
