Department of researches and design of means of communication, geodesy and land management

On 31.08.2018 by the order (No. 118) of the Rector of UkrSURT the «Department of researches and design of means of communication, geodesy and land management» (VPGZ) was created. It possesses a highly qualified academic personnel, extensive logistics and fruitful contacts with such establishments:

•  enterprises of the auto-road, railway and land management sphere;
•  higher education establishments of Ukraine;
•  enterprises and scientific institutions of Belarus, Poland and Lithuania.

•  Geodesy, Land Management and Cadaster.

Higher education degree levels – Bachelor (I)

The scientific activity of the department covers the following:

•  innovative geographic information technologies of surveying, geodetic and land management works;
•  modern technologies of information modeling of transportation facilities;
• cadastral systems and institutional aspects of land development.

The professionals of the department conduct a range of topographic, geodetic, cartographic and land management works which are used in surveying and designing of communication lines and in building and usage of engineering constructions.
