In 2021, he obtained a Master’s degree in Specialty 073 “Management”, Educational Programme “Management of Organizations and Administration” at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. Diploma М21 No. 104957 dated 31 December 2021.

In 2021, he obtained a Master’s degree in Specialty 281 “Public Management and Administration”, Educational Programme “Public Management and Administration” at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. Diploma М21 No. 090266 dated 31 December 2021.
