In 1998 she graduated with honors from the Kharkiv State Academy of Railway Transport with a degree in “Transport Management”.

Candidate of Economic Sciences since 2004. She defended her dissertation in the specialized scientific council K 64.820.05 at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, specialty 08.07.04 – Economics of Transport and Communications. Dissertation topic: “Improving the efficiency of natural monopolies in market conditions (based on railway transport materials)” (supervisor – Professor V.L. Dykan).

In 2011 she received her second higher education at Kharkiv National Pedagogical University G.S. Skovoroda, majoring in Psychology.
