In 1991, she graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Municipal Engineers, majoring in “Construction Economics and Management”.

PhD of Economics since 2012. She defended her PhD thesis in the Specialized Scientific Council D.26.056.03 at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, specialty 08.00.04 “Economics and business management (by types of economic activity)”, diploma number DK No. 007101. Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, certificate 12 DTs No. 040332.

Experience in the field: From 1991 to 2006 – Economist at the Economic Planning Department, Kharkiv Design (Research) Institute, State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Since 2012 – Deputy Chairman of the Board for security and claims settlement at PJSC IC DOLPHIN.
