In 1972 he graduated from the S.M. Kirov Institute of Railway Engineers of Kharkiv majoring in “Economics and organization of railway transport.”

PhD in Economics since 1982. He defended his dissertation in the specialized academic council at the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers, specialty 08.00.05 – Economics, organization of management and planning of the national economy (railway transport). Dissertation topic is “The study of transport and economic relations in the transportation of thermal coal of Donbass”.

Scientific activity direction:

Management of suburban passenger railway transportation; analysis of production activity of enterprises.

He is the author of more than 80 scientific and educational works, including: manuals – 13, including 8 with the stamp of the Ministry of Education; scientific articles – 24; thesis – 15; methodological developments – 20.
