Auditoriums – 8 specialized classrooms and laboratories with a total area of 386 m2,
designed for 208 students, 2 test rooms with laboratory equipment.
Modern technical teaching aids – 3 multimedia complexes; 15 modern personal
computers connected to the University network and the Internet; licensed and
proprietary software for execution of drawings, calculation of structures, calculation
of concrete compositions, etc.
Laboratory equipment for the educational process and research work:
equipment set for determining the physical and mechanical properties of building
materials and soils: hydraulic presses from 2.5 to 200 tf, breaking machines, a
machine for dynamic tests, etc.;

equipment set for determining the physical properties of building materials and soils:
electronic scales; scales-hygrometers; drying chamber; freez chamber; a tool for
determining waterproofness; climate-thermobarochamber with a volume of 8 m3 for
climatic tests of large-sized products (Germany), etc.;

equipment set for physical and chemical research of building materials: a
modernized X-ray diffractometer DRON-3 with DifWin software; Bruker Alpha
infrared Fourier spectrometer with Opus software (Germany); optical universal
research microscope MBY-6 LOMO; UEMV-100K electronic transmission
microscope; pH-meter-ionomer Expert-001; pH-meter pH-150M; Potentiostat IPS-
PRO; VSN-3 rotary viscometer, etc.

devices for electrometric research of building materials and structures: Sanwa
PC510 digital multimeters with PCLink Plus software (Japan), etc.;

laboratory technological equipment for the production of reinforced concrete
sleepers: power mold for the production of 2 sleepers at the same time; hydraulic
jack for pre-stressing the armature; vibration platform; steaming chamber; beam
crane;

equipment set for laboratory load tests of building structures, including reinforced
concrete sleepers and other under-rail bases: hydraulic press for testing reinforced
concrete sleepers; a tool for testing sleepers on ballast; hydraulic device for testing
beam structures up to 9 m long;

mobile laboratory based on the GAZ-2705 Gazelle vehicle;

equipment set for surveying and testing building constructions and structures in the
field: a multi-channel measuring system for static and dynamic tests of structures
with software; deflection gauges 6PAO and PM; device Onyx-2.51 for controlling the
strength of concrete; vibration analyzer Vybran-2.0; Norton drilling rig; manual drilling
