In 2013, he graduated from the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport with a degree in “Transportation Organization and Transport Management (Railway Transport)” and in 2014 from the Semyon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics with a degree in “Enterprise Economics”.
Dr. Sci. Eng. since 2021. He defended his dissertation in the specialized academic council D 64.820.04 at the Ukrainian State University
of Railway Transport on the specialty 05.22.01 - "Transport systems".
