In 1989 she graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in “Accounting and Business Analysis”.

Candidate of Ecjnomsc Sciences from 2000. She defended her dissertation in the specialized scientific council at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” on specialty 08.00.04 – economics and enterprise management (by types of economic activity. Dissertation topic: “Economic stability of industrial units in a transformational economy” (supervisor – Professor Dykan V.).

Scientific activity direction:

analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise, ensuring economic stability of the enterprise, modern technologies of personnel management, social and psychological aspects of personnel management, improvement of labor rationing at the enterprise.
