KHARKIV STUDENT ADVERTISING FESTIVAL

Kharkiv Student Advertising Festival (KhSAF) is a creative all-Ukrainian event, which has been held every year by the Department of Marketing, Commercial Activity and Economic Theory since 2017.

Every year, university and school students are invited to take part in the festival. For them, it`s an opportunity to prove themselves, make themselves known and try the profession of a marketer on their own, as well as communicate with the same creative and talented people, make new friends, reveal hidden talents, express their opinion.

Works in nominations are accepted for participation in the competition:

video advertising (record), printed advertising (flyers, booklets, etc.) and outdoor advertising (poster, city light, city box, billboard, store window display, etc.), presentation of the advertising project

The purpose of the Kharkiv Student Advertising Festival are.

– developing skills in creating promotional products;

– Learning the basics of copywriting, design and PR;

– Expanding the circle of friends;

– Identify future profession.

Stages of the competition.

The main stages of the competition are:

– organizing and conducting promotional contest;

– reception and preparation for contest entries;

– formation of the jury;

– organization of the jury’s work to determine the winners;

– preparation of invitations to participants in the competition;

– preparation of the master classes and presentations curriculum;

– preparation and organization of the competition final events, which include: grand opening ceremony, award ceremony, an exhibition of advertising works with video screenings, training program (workshops, presentations);

– a set of post-competitive events.
