In 2002 he graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Municipal Economy
(KSAME) with a degree in “ Environmental protection and transport safety”

Candidate of Technical Sciences since 2010. He defended his dissertation in
the specialized scientific council K 08.085.03 at the State Higher Educational
Institution "Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and
Architecture" in the specialty 05.26.01 – "Labor Protection".

In 2020 he graduated from the Ukrainian state university of railway transport
(UkrSURT) with a degree in “Organization of transportation and transport
management (railway transport)”

Scientific activity direction:
Occupational risk management, improvement of OSH on railway transport,
labor safety and prevention of accidents when performing work with
dangerous goods, reduction of industrial noise, legal aspects of labor
protection in Ukraine.
Full member of the International Academy of Life Protection

PhD in Sci. Eng. since 1996. He defended his thesis in specialty 05.17.01 – Technology of
inorganic substances.
Research Area: issues of studying the effect of BaO, CoO, Fe 2 O 3 , Al 2 O 3 oxides in composite
materials on their protective properties against electromagnetic radiation and the creation of new
protective composite materials based on these oxides. Issues of civil protection and emergency
situations in the railway.
Author of more than 130 publications, including more than 90 scientific, 2 textbooks , has 2 patents (author’s certificates).

In 1978 graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (KhPI)
majoring in Chemical Engineer-Technologist.

PhD since 1986. She defended her dissertation at Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute,
specialty 05.17.01 – “Technology of inorganic substances”.

Scientific activity direction: safety living, technology of inorganic substances.

Author more then 55 scientific publications and teaching materials.

In 2004 she graduated from the Kharkov National Academy of Municipal
Economy with a degree in “Lighting Engineering and Light Sources”. In 2015 she graduated from the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport with a degree in
“Organization of transportation and transport management (railway transport)”. Since
2015 – postgraduate student of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport in
the specialty 05.22.01 – transport systems.

Since December 2019 Candidate of Science
of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.26.01 – labour protection.

Candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.26.01 – labour protection, 2023, “Improvement of the risk-based approach to assessing working conditions through the introduction of an integral index”.
