Dissertation topic: “Economic stability of industrial units in a transformational economy” (supervisor – Professor Dykan).

Direction of scientific activity: analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise, ensuring economic stability of the enterprise, modern technologies of personnel management, social and psychological aspects of personnel management, improvement of labor rationing at the enterprise.

Author of more than 50 scientific works and educational and methodical developments.

Candidate of Economic Sciences since 2012. She defended her dissertation in the specialized scientific council D 64.820.05 at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, specialty 08.00.03 – Economics and Management of the National Economy. Dissertation topic: “Ensuring the competitiveness of international transport corridors” (supervisor – Professor V.L. Dykan).

Direction of scientific activity: ensuring the competitiveness of the national network of ITC; effective development of railway transport; state regulation of Ukraine’s economy, ensuring its sustainable development.

Author of over 60 scientific papers and educational and methodological developments.

Candidate of Economic Sciences since 1998. She defended her dissertation in the specialized council at Kharkiv State University, specialty 08.02.03 – organization of management, planning and regulation of the economy. Thesis: “The concept of creating a regional industrial and financial group (methodological aspect)” (supervisor – Professor Dykan V.L.).

Direction of scientific activity: ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in a market economy, economic security of the enterprise.

Author of over 35 scientific papers and educational and methodological developments.
