Doctor of Economics since 1996. He defended his dissertation in the specialized council at Kharkiv National University. V.N. Karazina, specialty 08.02.03 – management, planning and state regulation of the economy. Dissertation topic: “Competitiveness and economic stability of enterprises in industrial and financial groups (methodological aspects)” (scientific consultant Academician of the NAS of Ukraine Lukinov I.)

Direction of scientific activity: ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in a market economy, economic security of the enterprise, strategic management of the enterprise, state regulation of the economy, international transport infrastructure, industrial centers and corporate logistics.

Author of over 300 scientific papers and educational and methodological developments.

Filippenko Igor Grigorovich

In 1958 he graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute named after Lenin. VI Lenin, majoring in “Electrical Machines and Apparatus”.

Doctor of Technical Sciences since 1986. He defended his dissertation in the specialized scientific council of the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics. acad. M.K. Yangel, specialty 05.13.01 – management in technical systems. Dissertation topic: “Development of theoretical bases and principles of construction of probability-determined neuro-like control structures of technical systems of the increased reliability”.

In 1994 he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine” for his significant personal contribution to the construction of national education, development of scientific research, introduction of modern forms of education and upbringing of youth. In 1998 he was elected an academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Informatics. Data about Filippenko IG included in the biographical dictionary “Outstanding teachers of the higher school of Kharkov”.

Direction of scientific activity: development and modeling of automatic control systems, computer technology and non-traditional neuro-like computing and control of reliable, fault-tolerant and viable neural networks.

Author of more than 250 scientific works and educational and methodical developments. He has 12 copyright certificates. Has prepared 12 candidates and 1 doctor of technical sciences.
