Education:

In 1999 graduated from Kharkiv State Academy of Railway Transport with a degree in transport marketing. In 2005 defended her Ph.D. thesis from the specialized academic council D 64.820.05 of the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, specialty 08.00.04 – “Economics and Management of Enterprises” on the topic “Development of system model of innovative evolution of industrial enterprise”. In 2008 was conferred the academic status of docent (associate professor).

Scientific activity direction:

Scope of scientific interests: specialist in marketing, quality management of transport service for consumers of rail transport – passengers and cargo owners.

Author:

Аuthor of more than 120 scientific works: within the framework of scientific and educational-methodical work, more than 90 scientific and 31 educational-methodical ones, 1 monograph, 12 teaching aids with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine have been published and prepared for publication.
