Education:

In 1998 graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Railway Transport with high honours, specialty “Transport Management”.  The diploma thesis was defended in English.

PhD in Economics since 2001.

In 2020  passed Cambridge exam and obtained a CAE Cambridge certificate in English language (level C1).

In 2021 graduated from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and obtained a master’s degree in “Philology”, specialization “035.041 Germanic languages and literatures (including translation), primary –  English”, a diploma with honors.

 

Scientific activity direction:

enterprise and railway transport economic security; economic potential of an enterprise; assessment of enterprise personnel potential and enterprise innovation potential;  intellectual capital of an enterprise; innovation infrastructure of a region; Value Based Management; family business,  intellectual business, creating startups and developing business plans, etc.

In 2004 – 2005 she successfully conducted research under the grant of the President of Ukraine on “Complex methods of assessment of economic security level, risks and probability of bankruptcy of an enterprise”.  Summaries were sent to the President of Ukraine and to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine based on the grant results.

In 2002 – 2012 she was a scientific editor of the professional journal ” Bulletin of Economics of Transport and Industry “, a member of the editorial board.

From 2001 to 2023 she reviewed more than 95 PhD theses and 10 doctoral  theses.
